John will create a progressive three week fitness plan, with homework and nutrition goals. Meeting once a week together to train, you'll also have the joint accountability of training with a friend. Why two people? It simply works better together. It's more fun, there's more accountability and extra social time, and much more encouragement and support from each other as well as the coach.
Training for a half marathon or triathlon?
If you and your friend are training for an event, the sessions can be focused on getting quicker, developing skill, building core strength or improving run or bike skills. One or more sessions can also be used to create a solid training plan for your event.
