Group training is so much fun. The adage, 'We can do together, what we cannot do alone' seems never more apt, than when a group get together to take on a challenge.

Training can take many forms: A regular cross-training workout in an outdoor setting, a morning fitness class at the office, a training group for a 5k or half marathon. 

Working alone and with additional instructors, a strength of group programs is the "Challenge By Choice" approach outlined in Fit By Nature. This creates a training situation where people with different abilities and goals benefit from working together to raise everyone's performance and success.
