Annual Fitness and Wellness Review #8

Good morning. 

What are some things that you feel hold you back? These could be a lack of resources, a lack of support, a fear of failing (or succeeding), they could involve habits, illness, injury, unfamiliarity with skills or a lack of experience and knowledge about what you wish to try. 

Make a list of these, just an item per line, no need to explain or do any problem solving. It's an awareness exercise only, and as with other exercises, the notes are your own and don't need to be shared with anyone.

This list is a way of seeing barriers that stand between you and where you want to go. It's good to see these and open a conversation about what can happen to overcome obstacles and roadblocks - whether real or imagined.
