Annual Fitness and Wellness Review #7

Good Morning, 

Today's exercise is to look forward to next year. 

Breaking the year into four seasons: Write down what specific goals, objectives or events you see yourself doing in each quarter. 

  • Winter
  • Spring
  • Summer
  • Fall

This could be done in one of two ways, from the ground-up, by looking at last year and considering whether you'd want to repeat or change an activity you enjoy. Alternatively start with a vision of something you've never done and use that, at this point don't consider the feasibility or probability, just focus on what it is that you'd like to do or be involved in.
