Here is a short challenging workout that will exercise your whole body.
Equipment needed: Stopwatch
Warm up for 10 minutes on stairs or walking followed by the Daily Dozen
Here is the workout = Each minute for five minutes, do the following exercises:
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Steam Engines
- 5 Push Ups
You now have 3 minutes to run 400 metres.
Repeat this 4 times.
It sounds easy. You'll have 20 - 30 seconds to recover between the exercises, and if you run an 8 minute pace for the 400 metre run, you'll have a minute between the sets.
