Weekly Fitness Challenge: Burpees
It doesn't get any simpler, but this Burpee challenge will test anyone. Try and get a few friends to do it with you. (Scroll down below for an introduction or refresher of the infamous Burpee)
1. Warm up for 15 - 20 minutes
2. Turn on your stopwatch and press start.
3. Ten burpees - every minute - for as many minutes as you can (or want to).
