Some people say getting started is hard. It really isn't.
Choose two things you can do today that take you in the direction of your goals. Do them today. It could be a training session, a planning session, a search for a class or coach or a visit to get some new exercise gear.
Often a question that is more difficult is, "Where to begin?".
To quote Jiddu Krishnamurti, "Begin where you are". It doesn't matter how long of a break you took, how much you weigh or what the weather is doing. An exercise session will make you feel good. A few of them strung together will make you feel like an athlete.
If you can get to the start line, you can get to the finish line!
